On September 23, Henan Province and Kansas State of the United States held a commemorative activity for the 40th anniversary of the establishment of a good relationship. Governor Wang Kai attended the event, talked with Governor Laura Kelly of Kansas by video, and signed a memorandum of understanding on the 40th anniversary of the establishment of friendly provincial state relations on behalf of Henan Provincial Government and Kansas State Government.
